Our field trip has successfully ran in June this year. We thanks all of the participants for having joint this field trip. The opportunity to make scientific exchange will our participants from worldwide is extremely valuable. Thanks all of you for bringing us the great time during the field trip. We would like to thank also IAS for sponsoring the travel grant to students.
The photos below are taken during the field trip.
Enjoy! See you next time!

The participants are walking across the vertical stack of seep carbonate succession.
A participant is observing the carbonate concretions.
The session of seismic and outcrop comparison is running in the hotel's meeting room (which is dated back to Medieval!).
The main field leader is introducing the Pseudo-Bioherm to participants.
Participants are making direct observation on the Pseudo-Bioherm.
The main field leader is providing explanation for the local geological context.
A sand injectite is laying horizontal along the road.
The two professors and a participant are discussing about the formation of the sand injectite.
Our main leader is explaining the formation of the sand injectite.
A spherical diagenetic feature.
One of our main leaders is explaining the local geological context.
One of our leaders is checking the connection of sand injectities.
A beautiful example of sand injectite in marl.
Participants are listening to the instruction on the field provided by one of our leaders.
Safety and security has always been assured by one of our field leaders who stays at the trail of the group all the time.
Participants are walking on the fossilized slump which contains seep carbonates, under the guidance of our field leader.
Participants are advancing on the marl which contains sand injectites and seep carbonate. Two of our field leaders are supervising the walking.

One of our field leaders is presenting the sand injectite outcrop on the top of the hill in the background.
Participants are visiting the most prestigious dinosaur museum "Palaeo Gallery" in France. The museum owner at the back of the gallery, on the right hand side is explaining the fossil handling process.
The museum owner on the far left is explaining to participants how he prepared these fossils.
One of the biggest Ichtyosaure skulls is exposed in this museum.
Carbonate nodule with liquid petrol is a gift for every participant of this field trip.
Participants are discussing about the petrol-bearing-nodules in the front yard of the dinosaur museum "Palaeo Gallery".
One of our leaders has adapted a very creative way to guide the participants during the travel.
